New Water and Sewer Utility Services

If you just bought a house, opened a business, or started renting our your property; you’ll need to set up Utility Services with the Town of Kenansville.

To start services:

  1. Contact Us – Call (910) 447-4736 or email clerk@kenansville.org if you have questions regarding Utility Services for the Town of Kenansville.

  2. Prepare Your Documents – Please see the Utility Service Application. Along with the application, a $215.00 deposit is required to open a utility account. The Town of Kenansville can only take cash or check for the deposit amount. No debit or credit cards will be accepts as a form of payment

  3. Necessary Identification - Be ready to provide proof of ownership or lease along with a valid photo ID.

  4. Submit Your Application – Forms must be submitted in person to our Town Clerk, unless you are out-of-state. If you out-of-state, then applcations may be submitted through email.
